Indivisible Sequim (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a 100% volunteer-run grassroots political organization based in Sequim, Washington. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our supporters, members, volunteers, and website visitors. •       Event facilitators offering an event that attendees sign up for via IS website.

 

 

4. Email Communications and Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter through Mailchimp, your email address and name are stored in our Mailchimp account. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email we send or by contacting us directly at info@indivisiblesequim.org.

We do not send commercial marketing emails. Our newsletter is strictly informational and action-oriented, in support of our civic mission.

 

5. Donations

Online donations are processed by ActBlue, a federally registered political action committee and nonprofit technology organization. ActBlue collects and stores your payment information. We receive only the transactional details needed to acknowledge your gift and comply with applicable campaign finance reporting requirements.

Donation amounts and donor names may be subject to public disclosure under applicable campaign finance laws. Please consult those laws or contact us with questions.

 

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website is built on Wix, which uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the site, analyze traffic, and improve functionality. By using our website, you consent to the use of these cookies as described in Wix’s cookie policy.
