It's Up to US - Democracy Café - Monthly Discussion Group

In this time of unrelenting political upheaval, constant change, and overwhelming uncertainty, it can be hard to know where to turn or even what to think. Join us for a monthly gathering where you can connect with others, share your concerns and find comfort in community. This will be a welcoming space where we can voice our challenges, be heard without judgment, and learn from one another. Together, we'll share our coping skills and strategies to help us stay grounded when the world around us feels anything but.

We're all doing our best to navigate these turbulent times. Let's share some of that burden through food, drink, and conversation. Due to space, we're limited to 40 people. Please join us for the first of what we hope will be a regular get-together. Gently facilitated by Martha Moyer, a retired Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
